1. Agreement

By using www.wifigrowth.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or services.

2. Who we are

WiFi Growth Systems, a business located in McMinnville, Tennessee, providing website design, local SEO, and marketing automation services to local service businesses.

3. The website

Site content is provided for general information, "as is," with no warranty. We may change or remove content at any time. Free guides, videos, and templates are provided for your use without warranty; results are not guaranteed.

4. Services and fees

  • Two plans. Starter (a one-page website plus lead-automation services) is $297/month. Growth (a multi-page website plus lead-automation services and ongoing content updates) is $497/month. Both include a one-time $497 setup fee.
  • Signup is self-serve. At checkout you select a plan and pay the $497 setup fee plus your first month ($297 or $497 by plan). Thereafter the selected monthly fee recurs automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. You may upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time; the change is prorated and no additional setup fee applies.
  • Initial term of 3 months, then month-to-month; cancel after the initial term with 30 days' written notice via [EMAIL].
  • Refunds: if you notify us before we begin building your site, the setup fee and your first month are refunded in full. If we fail to launch your site within 7 days of receiving your completed intake materials (client-caused delays pause that period), the setup fee is refunded. Once your site is built and launched, amounts paid are non-refundable and the initial term applies.
  • You own your website, domain, and content. On termination we will transfer the domain and provide site files.
  • Add-ons (ad management, logo design, additional locations, custom integrations) are quoted and billed separately.
  • Recurring fees are billed in advance; late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide (services, licensing, claims, testimonials, photos) and for holding necessary licenses and insurance for your trade. You grant us a license to use your marks, content, and materials to provide the services.

6. SMS and communications

Our systems send SMS and email on your behalf to your leads and customers. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state law) in your use of these tools, including honoring opt-outs. We handle A2P 10DLC registration but do not guarantee carrier deliverability.

7. No guarantee of results

We apply professional SEO and marketing practices, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or "#1 on Google." Search engines and platforms control their own algorithms.

8. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or services, attempt to breach security, scrape content, or use our materials to build a competing service.

9. Intellectual property

Our site, brand, templates, processes, and content are ours or our licensors'. The trade-tuned site structures and system are licensed to you for your business only, not for resale or redistribution.

10. Third-party platforms

Our services run on third-party platforms (e.g. our CRM/website builder, Google, Meta). Their terms and availability are outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your business practices, your trade services, or your misuse of the tools.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, Tennessee.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
